Signa groups has proudly announced a significant stride in accomplishing their vision by making shareholding available to Signa Trust. Signa Trust operates as a non-profit organization (NGO), and was established back in 2013 by the Signa Group in order of bringing its vision to the communities of South Africa.
One of the core principles of Signa, is to sponsor and empower previously disadvantaged Black woman in the field of tertiary education. by doing this, they are able to combat gender and racial barriers faced by these woman in the South African workforce. All beneficiaries that are accommodated within this umbrella not only receive funding for their studies, but also assistance with their accommodation, a stipend for however long they study, and a computer with a book allowance.
